Welcome Days
The Welcome Day is an annual event organized by the Department of Physics and Astronomy to welcome new students enrolled in the Bachelor's Degree Programme in Physics (L-30) and the Master's Degree Programme in Physics (LM-17).
The event provides an opportunity to learn more about the Department and receive useful information about the organization of the degree programmes, lectures, examinations, and the services offered by the University. Representatives of the student community also take part in the event, fostering dialogue and sharing experiences and useful advice to help students make the most of their university journey.
The day concludes with a guided tour of the Department's main points of interest, allowing students to become familiar with the spaces and facilities they will use throughout their studies.
The initiative is coordinated by the Department's Quality Assurance Committee.
