Azienda Sanitaria Provinciale di Ragusa

The objectives of the project include: i) minimization of patient waiting times; ii) maximization of the service level of the department, understood as the number of treatments per unit of time, with the same available resources; iii) reduce the inconvenience to patients and their families in a perspective of humanization of care. The aim is to make the best use of available resources (doctors, nurses and therapy chairs) and reduce patient waiting times. In this way it will be possible to limit or cancel the current queues of waiting patients and, at the same time, increase the number of therapies performed.
