Dopant diffusion in Si and Ge

Description
The seminar will be given by prof. N. Cowern, from Newcastle University. The seminar will give a broad talk covering dopant diffusion in Si and Ge. In particular, it will mention the charge changing issue, the low temperature diffusion and clustering of B in Si, and the B diffusion in Ge.
